When you first download Get Tube how do you activate it

It loads almost completely, freezes, wont load anymore and wont let me quit out of it. Does this program work? I downloaded the newest version of getTube and have the 2010 mac book pro. Sad…….

I had the same deal. downloaded, converted a video, and it completely froze. I couldn’t close my mac or the program. command+option+esc worked for me! thanks Scott.

is this program tanked? should we move on to something else?

The new version is confusing I did everything I clicked download the bar appears to download and in a split second it disappears and I can’t find the vid anywhere in my mac.

same problem here firstly its work perfectly than freeze first two days i put on sleep than i tried to turn off its done later but i scare about this site is it virus or not? i love this site when its work properly otherwise ;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;bye and find another.lol

If its frozen, do a Force Quit –

Command+Option+Esc. You’ll get a window that will let you quit out of any open apps.

i have the same problem as Soleil
i have no clue what to do it won’t close
and i can’t restart or shut down

Hello!
Please help. I downloaded Get Tube. After few minutes, it sort of like in “frozen” state. The bar does not move. It does not load. I couldn’t shut down my Mac because it says I have to close Get Tube first. What should I do? Please reply. I need your help. Please. Please.
