1. Kelvin (Desmonds predecessor to pushing the buttons) was the commander that made Sayid torture his own general for information.
2. The foot of the statue has been planned for a long time, and has archeological references. The writers said that the statue was there long before the Dharma Inniative ever began and was there long before any of the characters now on the island. The questions they left you with here are who built it? where is the rest of it? and What was the rest of it. The writers made reference to it possibly being some kind of dog, which could easily be tied in to the so far pointless Vincent.
3. The phone call at the end to Pennellope. The guys were infact speaking Portugeus. The questions around that are when the guys said they had found it. What were they infact looking for? Did the electromagnetic annomoly allow the island to be visable for that breif moment. And is that why they were so worried about mising it again. The first time being when the plane crashed due to desmond not pushing the button in time. Is that what they meant when they said they had “found it” speaking of the island, or whatever the source of the electromagnetic force was. Why were they looking for it?
4. The guy at the end speaking portuguese was not played by matthew fox (Jack).
5. Season 3 will not show a single re-run as they have done in the previous 2 seasons. Instead, Season 3 will be shown straight through starting in Septemeber for 6 episodes untill November with a mini cliff hanger, and then off the air for 12 weeks, and back in the Spring for 17 straight episodes with no interuptions.
6. The monster seen mainly in Season 1 will be back in Season 3. The reason it hasnt been an issue lately is that they havent gotten around to that story, focusing more on the hatch and The Others. The writers also made a comment of “There is a good chance we saw the monster but didnt realize it. By the end of Season 3 you will be able to realize what that means.” So that means we have allready seen the monster in some way. What could it have been?
7. Nothing in Lost is shown untill its known how it will be resolved. So the writers arent just making things up as they go along each week.
8. Why didnt Hurley attack micheal or show signs of anger when Michael admitted he killed Anna Lucia and Libby? The writers said that they felt it was better to write the story as the characters not really having a chance to react. They had no choice of going back to camp and that trying to go back was more doomed then continuing forward. Jack convinced them of the plan he and Sayid had and that hopefully he would come through for them.
9. What will Season 3 of Lost focus on? Season 1 was about getting in the hatch, while Season 2 was about life inside the hatch. So whats next for Season 3? Now theres nothing to happen every 108 minutes now that Desmond turned the key. Season 3 will be about why The Others wanted Jack, Kate, and Sawyer and why were they on the list. Why was Hurley on the list? The writers say it was because The Others thought that he would be the best to deliver the message back to the camp. Season 3 will also reveal where The Others “home” is. This will be revealed in the first few episodes of the new season. Season 3 will also dive deeper into the relationships of the main characters with answers such as why Locke was in the wheel chair, what Jacks tattoos mean and why he has them, and Kates marriage. Since they said we will find out about why Locke was in the wheel chair this would mean that he and most likely Desmond did not die in whaterver happened at the hatch with the turn of the key. Also, too much information about Desmonds background were given not to bring him back as well.

Season 3 of Lost looks to be even better than the 1st two seasons. The first 2 seasons were all about settin the story up. Now that most of that has been taken care of, hopefully some answers will start becoming more clear about what is really going on on the Lost island, how all of the people are related to one another, and why they are there.

In this episode you get to see Desmonds flashbacks and are introduced to Penelope, and her dad who obviously doesnt want him involved with his daughter. He pays desmond off but, he refuses, and decides to enter a boat race that is being ran by Penelope’s father. Desmond wants to win the race just to spite her dad. If you have been watching the commercials, the Hanso Corporation commercials always play and are tied to the show, with a new website for you to go to each week in search of new clues about whats going on with the island. If you watch the commercials it always zooms in on a blury man standing in the window. That man is Penelope’s father. He is dressed exactly like her father was in the show tonite, and he is a very rich man which you could tell from him riding in a car with someone driving him, and the amount of money he offered Desmond. Penelope also said that she had a lot of money when questioned about how she found where Desmond was when he was at the stadium training with Jack in the background.

He is in my opinion the one in charge of the Hanso Project which is doing the pyscological experiement that is taking place on the island. The Others are the true and original members of the Dharma Innitiative conducting the experiement being funded by Penelope’s dad and the Hanso foundation.

Other things learned from the finale.

1. The plane crashed due to the system failure, and the electromagnetic charge pulled the plane in and caused it to crash.
2. Desmond’s boat returned due to the same electromagnetic charge.
3. Henry Gale is the leader of The Others
4. The map on the blast doors was made by Kelvin
5. Locke was wrong about the numbers counting down not doing anything.
6. It seems that the real observation that was happening was with the people in the Pearl hatch and that all that they were recording in the notebooks were going no where and just piling up outside in the middle of no where.

New Questions opened up by the finale.

1. Will Michael betray his friends and actually leave? Or will he go back to the camp and try and get his friends back?
2. Why was Hurley on the list if all they wanted him to do was leave and tell people not to come back. No one would have been able to find that place anyway as far away as it was. And why did it have to be Hurley?
3. What happened why Desmond turned the key and made the noise, and bright light?
4. What happened to Sayid?
5. What are The Others going to do with the 3 people they kept? They said they would not harm them, and said that The others were “the good ones” when Michael asked who they were.
6. Who were the Russian people at the end. It seemed to me Penelope hired them in order to find out where Desmond is and knew to look for some type of electromagnetics.
7. What happened to Locke and Eko?
8. What was the deal with the bird that Hurley thought said his name?
9. Libby was married to the man with the boat. How did she end up going into the same institution that Hurley was in?
10. Still no answer on the significance of The Numbers.

Another thing realized is that Calvin/Kelvin was the same man that was in the army when Sayid was captured and forced to torture the commander in order to find out information. Also what was with the big statue foot with 4 toes?

‘We are delighted to work with Bryan Burk, one of the biggest producers in Hollywood and with Touchstone Television,” said Yves Guillemot, CEO of Ubisoft. “That they have chosen us for the adaptation of the cult series ‘Lost’ is the best homage that a producer can make to the creativity of Ubisoft.’

Ubisoft will be working with Touchstone pictures in developing the game and want to create a Lost “universe” for people to come together and fully immerse themselves into the game and show even further. It is unknown what type of game it will be, but most likely in my opinion it will be a Sims type game where you have to build your character up and interact online with other players in order to build some what of a society and of course press the buttons every 108 minutes. As the seasons progress into Lost Seasons 3 and beyond to season 7 of Lost which they are contracted allready to make, the game can also be progressing and offering new stories for people to follow on the side with the widely used Xbox live, and Sonys new online service for the Playstation 3.

Lost producer Bryan Burk stated that ‘With the ability to tell new interactive stories within the ‘Lost’ universe, we’re giddy to be developing a game that, once completed, will be as engaging and fun to play as it is to create.”

1. What did Walt mean when he said that the others were lying and they arent who they say they are?

2. What kinds of tests were they making Walt take?

3. How did they know Sawyers real name, and why did they want those particular 4 people, and no one else.

4. The young girl involved with kidnapping Micheal was the French womans daughter. Why was she so concerned with Claire and whether the baby was a boy or girl?

5. Where did Charlie get the “vaccine from” and what does it actually do?

6. Why does Mr. Echo want to move into the hatch? Most likely to let the timer run down and see what happens.

7. Whos boat was that at the end, and what/who is on it?

8. Michael said he wanted a boat if he brought the 4 people back. Is he going to leave the island with only his son or will he take anyone with him if he gets the boat?

9. How is Sayid going to stop Michaels plan of taking the 4 people back and turning them over?

1. None of the people on the plane should have been on the plane.

Examples:
- Kate – she was going to leave the guys house in the middle of the nite, he caught her and talked her into staying. He then turned her in the next morning to the Marshall guy.
- Charlie – His brother tried to keep him there to help with his drug addiction. He wouldnt listen and said he had a plane to catch.
- Jack – The lady at the desk said she wasnt allowed to let the coffin on the plane, but he talked her into it and he got on with it.
- Sun – She was going to leave Jin, but changed her mind at the last minute and got on.
- Claire – She was going to give the baby to some people, but changed her mind when the pen wouldnt work, talked to the pyschic guy, and he gave her the plane ticket to go give the baby to another family(even though he knew it was going to crash and was making sure she took care of the baby like he said she had to).
- Sayid – Government had plane tickets for him to leave the same day, but he said to change it so he could claim the body of his friend that killed himself

There are plenty more of these but you get the point that they all had a reason not to get on the plane but they still did.

2. All the people on the island have something wrong with them that was fixed by being on the island.

Examples:
- Rose – Whatever was killing her was gone
- Locke – He can walk again
- Charlie – Had a drug addiction, now he’s not using anymore
- Hurley – Crazy and fat. Now hes changing
- Jin & Sun – Jin couldnt have babies. Now Sun is pregnant..though im not sure that is really his or if its her english teachers. But she said she hasnt been with anyone else.

These are all I can think of right now for this one.

3. They all lost something or someone.

Examples:
- Jack – his wife left him.
- Anna Lucia or whatever the girl cops name is – Lost her baby in the shooting.
- Locke – his dad and girlfriend left him.
- Claire – her boyfriend left.
- Charlie – his band broke up.
- Kate – lost her boyfriend in the car wreck.
- Michael – his sons mother died.
- Hurley – lost his friend because of the money.
- Shannon – her dad died and her step mom deserted her.
- Sawyer – his parents both died.
- Sayide – Lost the woman he loved.

Im sure there are more of these as well, but you get the point.
