They drive wrecklessly, but few ever go over 20MPH. If he gets hit, it'll just be a dent on the side of the car, instead of real injuries and stuff. With that being said, I don't think I'd ever want to drive in NYC unless I had to; I wouldn't want my car dented. I went to Manhattan. It's different, it's exciting, but I don't think it's something I'd want to live in.
